Our principles
Independence & conflict of interest
We work for you, not for the supplier. We do not accept commissions, referral fees, kickbacks or gifts from suppliers or other parties in your task. If we have any existing relationship with a party involved, we disclose it before work begins, and you can decline.
Confidentiality
Your supplier names, documents, prices and findings are used only for your task and shared only with people working on it, under confidentiality terms. Recording, filming and keeping documents happen only with the necessary permission.
Honest boundaries
We tell you what each check can and cannot prove. Supplier statements are never presented as independent verification, and remote video is never presented as an on-site visit.
People approve what matters
Quotes, factual conclusions, external messages, the choice of any outside professional, site visit arrangements and report release are always approved by a person. We never fabricate verification, reviews, signatures or site photos.
