How It Works
A simple, human-reviewed process: we agree the scope and price in writing first, and every finding comes with its evidence and limits.
Six steps
- 1. Tell us what you needUse the inquiry form or email. Describe your supplier or partner, the city or province, what you want checked or handled, and your timing.
- 2. Scope & authorizationWe review location, feasibility, legality, cost, permissions and risk. We tell you what we can verify, what we can only record as “Supplier Stated”, and any permissions needed (for example, for a site visit or filming).
- 3. Written quote & statement of workYou receive a quote and a statement of work listing tasks, method, timeline and deliverables. A website inquiry is not a contract; nothing starts until you confirm.
- 4. ExecutionWe carry out the agreed work and log every source, time and evidence file.
- 5. ReviewA person reviews every factual conclusion and evidence status before the report is released.
- 6. Delivery & follow-upYou receive the agreed deliverables and can ask questions about any finding.
Evidence statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Independently Verified | We checked it ourselves against an independent source or by direct observation. The method, source, date and evidence number are recorded. |
| Supplier Stated | The supplier or partner told us or showed us this (including photos or documents they sent). We record it, but have not confirmed it independently. |
| Not Verified | We could not confirm it — no access, no reliable source, or conflicting information. We explain why. |
| Observed remotely | Seen through a live video call, not in person. Always labeled separately; never presented as an on-site visit. |
What evidence you receive, and how we handle mistakes and disputes: our commitments to you.
How a task can be carried out
| Method | What it can show | Main limits |
|---|---|---|
| Remote record & document checks | Registration, names, addresses, public status, document consistency | Says nothing about capability or quality |
| Remote live video | What the camera is shown, in real time | The site chooses what to show; labeled “Observed remotely” |
| On-site visit by our staff | Direct observation of the agreed location and items | Access and filming need permission; one day only |
| Screened local professional / agency | On-site checks where we cannot be present, or technical inspections | Only with your approval; disclosed in the quote |
For any visit outside our local area we confirm travel, staff, accommodation, review, rework and risk costs before quoting. We never lower verification quality to lower a price.
Working with outside professionals
If a task needs someone other than our own staff, that person must pass identity and capability checks, sign confidentiality and conflict-of-interest terms, follow a task checklist and on-site evidence rules, and is subject to remote spot checks and report review. You will always know before it happens.
Payment
You pay your supplier directly — we never handle payments for goods. There is no automatic online payment. The process is: you submit a request → we assess it → you receive a written quote → you confirm → you pay → we carry out the work → we deliver. Payment methods are agreed in the written quote.
