Production & Order Follow-up
Regular follow-up on your order against agreed milestones, with progress evidence and early warning of delays.
Every job is assessed first, then quoted.
Sound familiar?
You have paid a deposit and production has started, but updates are rare, vague, or arrive only when something has already gone wrong.
What We Check / Do
- Order details confirmed with the supplier (product, quantity, specification, delivery date)
- Agreed milestones, e.g. materials ready, production start, mid-production, finished goods, packing, ready to ship
- Dated progress evidence requested at each milestone (photos, videos, documents)
- Progress compared with your purchase order and timeline
- Delays, changes and their stated reasons
- Exceptions escalated to you as soon as we learn of them
- Optional: a Supplier Confirmation Form signed by the factory to confirm its own statements
The exact scope is agreed with you in writing before we start.
How We Work
- Needs confirmationYou tell us the situation and what you need checked or handled.
- Scope & authorizationWe agree what is in scope, what evidence is possible and what permissions are needed.
- QuoteYou receive a clear written quote and statement of work. No surprises.
- ExecutionWe carry out the agreed checks or tasks and log every source.
- ReviewA person reviews findings and evidence status before anything is released.
- DeliveryYou receive the agreed deliverables and can ask follow-up questions.
Method options
- Remote record and document checks
- Remote live video check — labeled “Observed remotely”
- On-site visit by our own staff
- On-site visit by a screened local professional or agency — only with your approval, disclosed in the quote
High-risk or technical inspections (e.g. lab testing, certified QC inspections) are referred to an agency with the relevant capability or accreditation.
What You’ll Receive
| Deliverable | Contents & format |
|---|---|
| Periodic progress report | Weekly or per milestone, as agreed — in English (PDF or email) |
| Evidence attachments | Numbered files, each with a source and date |
| Risk / delay log | Every exception, its status and next step |
| Supplier Confirmation Form (optional) | The factory’s signed confirmation of its own statements |
Reports are in English. Files are delivered by email or a shared folder, as agreed.
Evidence You Receive
We don’t ask you to take our word for it. With this service you receive:
| Evidence | What it shows and how you can check it |
|---|---|
| Dated progress photos and video | Evidence for each milestone, each file labeled with its date and source: taken by us, seen by us on live video, or sent by the supplier. |
| Live video screenshots | Dated screenshots taken by us during live video checks of the production floor. |
| Contact log | Every call and message with the supplier, with date and time, so you can see the follow-up actually happened. |
| Signed Supplier Confirmation Form (optional) | The factory’s own statements about quantity, progress and dates, signed and stamped with the company seal. It is a record of what they committed to, not independent proof. |
| Risk / delay log | Every problem, when we found it, when we told you, and what happens next. |
Every finding in the report points to the evidence file behind it. If something cannot be backed up, it is marked “Not Verified” and we explain why. See our commitments.
Scope & Limitations
Every item in our report carries one of these statuses:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Independently Verified | We checked it ourselves against an independent source or by direct observation. The method, source, date and evidence number are recorded. |
| Supplier Stated | The supplier or partner told us or showed us this (including photos or documents they sent). We record it, but have not confirmed it independently. |
| Not Verified | We could not confirm it — no access, no reliable source, or conflicting information. We explain why. |
| Observed remotely | Seen through a live video call, not in person. Always labeled separately; never presented as an on-site visit. |
What this service cannot confirm or does not include
- Progress photos sent by the supplier are “Supplier Stated”. They are “Independently Verified” only if we observe them ourselves, and “Observed remotely” if seen by live video.
- A signed Supplier Confirmation Form only confirms what the factory states. It is not independent verification.
- We cannot force a supplier to meet a deadline; we make delays visible early so you can decide.
- Follow-up is not a quality inspection.

Production & Order Follow-up
Your fee depends on location, scope, access and the deliverables you need. You get the price in writing before anything starts.
Tell us the supplier’s city, what you need and when. We reply with a scope, the evidence we can realistically provide, and a written quote. Work starts only after you confirm.
Describe Your Task →Due diligence, not a guarantee: we report what we can reasonably verify, and our liability is limited to the fee paid for that service. Limitation of liability
