Accepted: PDF, JPG, PNG, Word and Excel files, up to 10 MB each. Access is limited to the people reviewing your request.

How long we keep information

Retention periods are set for each project and confirmed with you in writing. Contracts, invoices and similar records may need to be kept for longer where the law requires it. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Recording and site evidence

Photos, video and audio are only captured with the necessary permission, and are used only for your report.
