Meeting & visit support and local help: business visits, meeting coordination and meeting notes — assessed case by case.

Every job is assessed first, then quoted.

What We Check / Do

  • Preparing a task plan: who, where, when and what needs to happen
  • Business visits: arranging agreed visits and accompanying you or your representative
  • Meeting coordination: contacting partners or venues in Chinese to arrange times, places and agendas
  • Meeting notes: a written record of what was discussed and agreed
  • Trade fair support: collecting brochures, quotations and contact details from exhibitors you choose
  • Following up after meetings and confirming next steps in writing

The exact scope is agreed with you in writing before we start.

5 · How you can verify our work

Evidence You Receive

We don’t ask you to take our word for it. With this service you receive:

EvidenceWhat it shows and how you can check it
Meeting notesDate, place, attendees and what was agreed, in English, with Chinese terms where they matter.
Dated photosPhotos of venues, booths or meetings, where the people present agree.
Collected materialsCopies of the brochures, quotations and business cards we collected for you, numbered and listed.
Work logWhere we went and when, so you can see how the time was spent.

Every finding in the report points to the evidence file behind it. If something cannot be backed up, it is marked “Not Verified” and we explain why. See our commitments.

Scope & Limitations

Every item in our report carries one of these statuses:

StatusWhat it means
Independently VerifiedWe checked it ourselves against an independent source or by direct observation. The method, source, date and evidence number are recorded.
Supplier StatedThe supplier or partner told us or showed us this (including photos or documents they sent). We record it, but have not confirmed it independently.
Not VerifiedWe could not confirm it — no access, no reliable source, or conflicting information. We explain why.
Observed remotelySeen through a live video call, not in person. Always labeled separately; never presented as an on-site visit.

What this service cannot confirm or does not include

  • Meeting & visit support covers business visits, meeting coordination and meeting notes. By default it does not include legal, medical or specialist technical interpretation, or any work that requires a license.
  • Availability depends on location and dates; every request is assessed before we quote.
  • We only take on lawful business tasks.

Sample Report

Reports for this service use the same format as our published samples: numbered evidence, a status for every item, stated limitations and recommended next steps.
